Vice President of Operations
Evan was born in the US shortly after his father immigrated from Guatemala. Evan is a Vice President of Operations with Nexus Services, the parent company of Libre by Nexus, and is resposnible for leading Libre brand operations.
Erik Schneider
Chief Risk Officer
Erik is a native of Colorado. Erik is an expert in investigating notario fraud. Erik manages our initiative to stand with victims of notario fraud, prosecute cases of fraud against immigrants, and assist in civil actions to protect clients from fraud.
Gordon Turner
General Counsel
Gordon is a native of California who attended law school in the US and Mexico. Gordon is our general counsel and the Director of our Pro Bono Legal Clinic. Gordon leads a team of attorneys across the United States who represent immigrants.
Alondra Rangel
Regional Manager
Alondra is a native of New Jersey, and her family is from Mexico. Alondra is our East Region Manager, and is responsible for offices from Texas to Florida, and from Florida to New York. Alondra ensures our teams reunite families every day.
David See
Chief Operating Officer
David has extensive experience working with immigrants and their families to secure their release from detention. David is responsible for daily operations of Libre by Nexus.
Rick Nagel
Government Affairs
Rick is the Chief Government Affairs Officer for Nexus Services, the parent company of Libre by Nexus. Rick is responsible for advocating for the rights and interests of our clients and the immigrant community at large across the US.
Sergio Anselmo
Regional Manager
Sergio is a native of Mexico. He leads our corporate region, which includes our 24/7/365 call center located in Verona, VA. Sergio is responsible for ensuring excellence in client service, and leading our teams to reunite as many families as possible.
Andrea Arroyo
Regional Manager
Andrea is a native of California, and her family is from Mexico. Andrea has worked for Libre over 2 years, and is our West Region Manager. Andrea manages offices from Texas to California, and California to Washington State.
