We are a church without a creed. We are a church without dogma. We are a church without all of the answers.

We are a church of people engaged in a concerted effort to help others and change the world around us. We believe that individually and collectively we can make a difference in the world. We believe that consistency amongst ancient scriptures, prophets, and religious leaders underscores the need to focus on helping others.

We believe that Jesus Christ lived on this earth and, through radical social action and non conformity to religious imperialism, fundamentally changed the world. We believe that Jesus challenged us to live as he did, and as a result to speak up for those less fortunate, to act in an effort to help others in need, and challenge those who tell us what we must believe.

Our church is open to all people. You will not find judgement or hatred here. We are a voice of openness and affirmation in the Christian church community, and we desire to be a beacon of light in the darkest of times.

If you are looking for a church where you can be you, where you can ask questions, and where you can join a community of fellow seekers who long to embody the love and justice of Jesus of Nazareth, then you are welcome to join us.

Our services are broadcast as a segment of the Breaking Through Radio Program, which airs on AM550 92.1FM WSVA. It also streams live every Sunday morning at 9AM. Podcasts will be published here. Our church is not at this time meeting physically, but all are welcome to listen to our homily broadcasts on Sunday mornings.
